The purpose of this training was to orient the staff at JPG to use Deltapath's services, which include a business IP Phone that allows the JPG's staff to place and receive calls from their desktop computer, deskphone, and even their personal smartphone. After the training, it helps me to initialize and do a support job regarding the Deltapath services for the JPG's staff.
